Transport Assistant provides a discovery network connecting participants in the road freight ecosystem. The platform does not act as a carrier, broker, freight forwarder, logistics operator, or payment intermediary.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must:

- •Comply with applicable laws
- •Conduct independent due diligence before entering into transactions
3. Transactions
All negotiations, agreements, and payments occur directly between users. Transport Assistant is not involved in the transaction.
4. Limitation of Liability
Transport Assistant is not responsible for disputes, delays, losses, damages, or contractual issues arising from user interactions.
5. Platform Disclaimer
Transport Assistant functions solely as a technology platform facilitating discovery between industry participants.
No Guarantee:
- •No guarantee of load availability
- •No guarantee of truck availability
- •No guarantee regarding reliability of users
Information Accuracy:
User-provided information may not always be verified and should not be relied upon without independent verification.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities:
- •Posting misleading or false information
- •Spamming or mass unsolicited messaging
- •Harassment or abusive behavior
- •Using the platform for illegal activities
- •Attempting to manipulate or disrupt system functionality
Enforcement:
Transport Assistant may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies.
7. Reference Network Policy
Purpose: Users may add references to build trusted industry connections within the platform.
Reference Guidelines:
- •References should represent genuine professional relationships
- •Inaccurate references may reduce trust signals
- •References help improve match discovery relevance
Trust Indicators:
Trust indicators may be generated using references, network proximity, and interaction history. These indicators are informational and do not represent verification or endorsement.
8. No Brokerage / No Intermediary Clause
Platform Role: Transport Assistant does not act as a broker, carrier, freight forwarder, logistics provider, agent, or intermediary.
Scope of Service:
- •Does not negotiate freight rates
- •Does not arrange transportation
- •Does not participate in contracts between users
- •Does not process payments between users
User Agreement:
Users acknowledge that Transport Assistant is not a party to transportation transactions resulting from connections on the platform.
9. Trust Network Disclaimer
Reference Signals: References and trust signals are informational tools and do not constitute verification or endorsement.
No Verification:
- •Transport Assistant does not independently verify references
- •Trust indicators should not be interpreted as guarantees of reliability
User Due Diligence:
Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any business transaction.
10. Independent Due Diligence Clause
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying the credibility and reliability of parties they interact with.
